Mermaids are fantastic seapeople who have fascinated us since ever... The public recently rediscovered them in tv shows, movies and books where they are showed as heros.

As for me, this old interest has allowed me to make one of my greatest dream come true and also to write a research work about it. Indeed, I'm in PhD and I'm specialized in the Mermaid Myth at La Sorbonne Nouvelle, Paris, and I have written a dissertation entitled : "The myth of the mermaid and its contemporary representations".
